New to VR?

  • What is virtual reality?

In virtual reality you’re not just watching the action unfold, you’re part of it. VR transports you inside new realities and makes you feel like you’re actually there – completely surrounded by the experience.

You need a VR headset to get into virtual reality.

    How does VR work?

The virtual reality headset creates the illusion of a life-like, three-dimensional world in which you can move around, make choices and interact with your surroundings.

What’s the difference between virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR)?

AR (or augmented reality) superimposes computer-generated images onto a real-world view, while VR transports you to a new world altogether.

Will VR make me feel nauseous?

It’s unlikely to. Some people report feelings of mild nausea with VR experiences involving lots of motion. But in an experience like MelodyVR – where you control how and when you move – there’s not much to worry about.
